Description
The NRA Rifle Instructor Training Course is the training and certification for becoming an NRA rifle instructor. This course consists of two parts:
Part 1: Basic Instructor Training (6 hours)
Part 2: NRA Rifle Instructor Training (10 hours)
Prior to taking this course, each candidate will need to:
REQUEST AN EMAIL OF THE NRA BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING (ILT) AND BLENDED ILT LESSON PLAN TO EACH CANDIDATE WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO PRINT/ DOWNLOAD AND BRING TO CLASS, WITH THEIR NRA GUIDE: BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING HANDBOOK.
ENSURE CANDIDATES COMPLETE PRE-COURSE QUESTIONNAIRE
ENSURE CANDIDATES COMPLETE THE ENTIRETY OF INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING (ILT) FOR BASICS OF RIFLE SHOOTING OF THE NRA BASICS OF RIFLE SHOOTING COURSE.
Course minimum 4 people
Make 90% on Rifle Shooting Exam
NRA pre-course qualification will have a minimum passing score of 80 out of a possible 100 points
MUST TAKE NRA BASIC RIFLE
Seminar Length: 16 hours (2day)
Materials Needed: Rifle, Ammo, Eye and Ear Protection.
Attire: Casual
Notes: This is a classroom and range course.
